E-employment ... why it is important for the youth and Art lamp article:
Art lamp article:
Art lamp: In World
War II, Japan was devastated, but in just a few short years, Japan developed so
much economically and commercially that the world was amazed at its progress.
Through
this article, we will try to learn the principles and strategies that made
Japan a major economic power in the world, despite its limited resources.
That is
why it is important to know the secret of Japanese development. Today, Pakistan
faces many economic, political, social and psychological challenges. To address
these challenges, it is important to pursue strategies that produce fewer
resources and more results in less time.
Gemba
Kaizen is a similar technique.
The word
Gemba means workplace or field of work.
This
philosophy can be understood from this poem of Iqbal
The star
of the sun, the star of the sun, the star of the sun
I don't
know if I'm ready
(I want
to be a star from a spark and a sun from a star, and I don't know which
destination is where I find peace or tranquility.)
Kaizen
means constant and never ending improvement. Which are the responsibility of
the employees themselves.
Key Principles of Gamba Kaizen:
The Gamba
Kaizen has five Ss that are like this.
1. The first principle. SEIRI:
Removing
unnecessary items from the workplace. It includes the Kaizen Master and marks
all unnecessary things in the workplace. Employees have to prove why it is
important to have such things there, otherwise those things are removed.
Unnecessary items are called Muda. Muda can sometimes be unhealthy intervals or
overproduction, or giving more time to work that is completed in less time, or
even longer council meetings.
2. Second principle SEITON:
Put
things in order in the workplace and tell everyone in advance which items will
be available. A man was working back and forth and was repeatedly taking goods
from the tool box. Suddenly he stepped forward and picked up the tool box and
started working with it in front of him. Now he did not have to turn back again
and again. happens. This is called Seiton. This principle is being used during
surgery in operating theaters, which has significantly reduced the number of
deaths during surgery. It also includes a gradual note down of all the tasks,
such as who will unlock the office in the morning in the office, and where the
second key will be in his absence to review all the important tasks from end to
end. This includes keeping them in order.
3. The third principle SEISO:
That
means keeping yourself, your workplace, your table and your office clean and
tidy. This is the responsibility of every employee. This promotes a healthy
workplace environment.
4. The fourth principle Seiketsu:
Seiketsu
is the process of standardizing or shaping the working process. Under this
principle, all the workers are visualized, which increases the speed of work.
The fifth principle Shituski:
When the
above four principles are established in the workplace, the company or
organization pays attention to the fifth principle. It means to establish and
maintain all these deeds.
Employee
involvement is the most important point in Gamba Kaizen, the strategies that
are developed ensure the involvement of employees in addition to the manager.
In this way, employees are responsible for policy-making and formulating and
implementing new strategies.
In fact,
a man spends most of his life at work, and when he goes home, he spends most of
his time in bed. Employees are told that adopting these principles in the
workplace can fix 80% of their life's problems. And that's what happens when
employees are trying to improve the company themselves, you don't need to hire
an external consultant or a lot of valuable innovations and tools. In this way
more productivity is achieved at lower cost.
In short,
Gemba Kaizen is a strategy that can be adopted in any industry, department,
office, factory, educational institution, NGO and culture, and its effects can
be felt everywhere.
E-employment ... why it is important for the youth
Skills are more important than education. Success is inevitable if both education and skills go hand in hand. Today, the structure of skills has changed a lot. The demands of the world have changed.
It is impossible
to live in a society with only a paper degree. That is why learning modern
skills is so important. Education is also essential for learning modern skills.
It is also difficult to learn modern skills without education and knowledge.
The world has changed since the Industrial Revolution. And now the world has
become a global village. Many sources of business and employment have gone
online. The world is at your fingertips. Social networking sites have bridged
the gap. Pakistan is the largest market for online Quran teaching. In this
context, the launch of government-sponsored online earning training in GB is
certainly more useful and commendable.
An
e-employment program is being run under the auspices of Social Welfare,
Population Welfare and Youth Affairs GB Department in which about 60 youths are
undergoing online earning training. At the invitation of the Secretary of the
Department, Brother Rehman Shah, I had the opportunity to meet and brief the
participants of the e-employment program today. There was also a short question
and answer session. Population Welfare Officer Brother Zia-ur-Rehman welcomed
the guests. Hassan Ali Shah gave a detailed presentation on e-employment.
Leading
social activist Aziz Ali Dad was also invited. There was a wish to meet him
which was fulfilled. They also talked.
Rehman
Shah Sahib and his team are very active and also optimistic. I hope that Hassan
Ali Shah, Shaukat and Ehsamullah Baig and other friends, under the supervision
of Secretary Rehman Shah, will complete the e-employment program in an
efficient manner. I would like to request that all aspects of Youth Affairs,
Social Welfare and Women's Development, including e-employment, be expanded to
the entire GB. It is very important to expand these chains from the feature to
Diamer district. This is a new department, it suffers from a lot of problems,
but if the determination is strong and the belief is strong, it can be found in
the dead departments and the newly started departments will soon make their
place. It is hoped that this department will soon be expanded under the
patronage of Brother Rehman Shah Sahib.
What do
