Rule of Law Pakistan and Imran Khan

Rule of law means the supremacy and rule of law. The word "rule of law" is derived from the French phrase 'le principe de legalite' which means the principle of legality.

The rule of law is fundamental to the peace and security and political stability of a country. The rule of law is meant to achieve economic and social development and to protect people's rights and fundamental freedoms, people's access to public services, prevention of corruption, abuse of power and social contract between the people and the state. It is the foundation to establish. The rule of law and development are strongly linked, and a law-based society has a strong system. In every civilized and developed country of the world, from the rulers to the common citizen, the rule of law and its compliance are considered indispensable for themselves and thanks to this concept, such countries can move forward and progress in every field of life. The rule of law is a feature of modern democratic system. Scandinavian countries have the rule of law. Where the standard of living is very high. This region is the most prosperous region in the world. From 2004 to 2007, Imran Khan used to visit Peshawar every week. We studied in Peshawar University. Where we used to attend Imran Khan's meetings. At that time Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf office was on University Road near Khyber CNG. Khan would refer to the Scandinavian countries. The germs of politics stirred within us too. Khan used to teach on the supremacy of law. We also wished that the supremacy and rule of law would be established in Pakistan one day. It is sad to say that the powerful in Pakistan always wants to be above the law. Rule of law has never been practically established in the country. Separate law for rich and poor in Pakistan is our biggest tragedy. The country can develop only because of independent judiciary, but independent judiciary in Pakistan is a golden dream. What every Pakistani aspires to see is that the weak want justice, the strong above the law. Eighty-two years ago, when the German Air Force began bombing London, British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill warned of "death and destruction and all economic activity." A briefing was being given about the "catastrophe". Churchill asked if our courts were working. Churchill was told that "judges are in the courts and dispensing justice". Churchill replied, "Thank God. If the courts are working, nothing can go wrong. The judicial system in the country is very weak. There are many loopholes in our judicial system. Millions of cases are pending in all walks of life. I go. The powerful are always above the law. While the poor are always yearning for justice. Imran Khan founded Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf in 1996. To establish the supremacy of law in the country. PTI democracy, transparency in government and Committed to political stability in Pakistan through leadership accountability. PTI believes in federalism and provincial autonomy. Its primary objective is to establish a welfare state where people enjoy political freedom, economic opportunity and social justice. PTI believes in social and economic justice in the country where every citizen has access to basic human needs and rights. Imran Khan has been fighting for the supremacy of law in the country for the last 26 years. This legal battle is in its final stages. As Pakistanis, it is our right to support Khan Sahib so that the rule of law and rule of law prevail in the country Let it happen. Today is an opportunity for us to unite against the powerful mafia under the leadership of Imran Khan. Otherwise history will never forgive us.
